  • Privacy Policy

We will be happy to hear from you. Existing customers, future customers even if you have not bought your Porsche yet.

Telephone.

Our main telephone number is 01202 488800, however we also have a more memorable number, which is 07000 996 911, feel free to use whichever one you prefer, however the 07000 number is charged at the same rate as a national call.

When calling, although we are happy for you to talk directly to a technician, if they are all tied up working on a car, it may not be possible to talk to them right away, however if you provide reception with your name, number and the nature of your call, a technician will call you back. Even if we are busy, we do reserve some time between 1:30pm and 2pm, and again between 5pm and 5:30 pm for technicians to call customers back.

For technical advice, we request that you email your question to us, which we will usually try to do the same day.

In person.

We always welcome visitors to the workshop. Sometimes it is better if you call us to let us know you are coming, but even still we would love to see you even if you are passing by and do not have an appointment.

By post.

Please note, we are no longer at Christchurch, we have moved!

JMG Porsche, 98 Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7RE

Getting to JMG Porsche by train is very easy as we are a short taxi ride from Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole train stations

These stations offer rail links to all UK destinations.

Typically these stations have trains leaving every 20 to 30 minutes which our customers find very convenient. However some customers find it even more convenient to drop off their car one weekend, catch the train home, and come back the following weekend by train again. We are more than happy to store your car a small fee for the week even if the work to be performed is minor, which some people choose to take advantage of while they are on holiday.

Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole train stations are on the "South West Trains" main Weymouth to Waterloo line, stopping at Weymouth, Upwey, Dorchester, Moreton, Wool, Wareham, Holton Heath, Hamworthy, Poole, Branksome/parkstone, Bournemouth, Pokesdown, Christchurch, New Milton, Brockenhurst, Southampton Central, Southampton Airport, Eastleigh, Winchester, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Clapham Junction ending at London Waterloo. Which covers the counties of Dorset, Hampshire and Surrey.

By Clicking on the map to the right, you can view a larger map showing the destinations in the immediate area served by South West Trains, or by clicking HERE you can visit the South West Trains website for prices, schedules and to book tickets online.

By changing trains at Eastleigh, a visitor by train can continue to Hedge End, Botley, Fareham, Portchester, Cosham, Hilsea, Fratton, Portsmouth and Southsea

By changing trains at Basingstoke, a visitor by train can continue to Andover, Salisbury, Tisbury, Gillingham, Templecombe, Sherborne, Yeovil, Crewkerne, Axminster, Honiton, Pinhoe and Exeter.

By Changing trains at Clapham Junction, a visitor by train can also continue to Wandsworth, Putney, Barnes, Chiswick, Staines, Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading,

Obviously along these routes you can also switch to other networks, to any train destination in the UK. However some customers choose to benefit from the attractions and climate around the Bournemouth and Christchurch areas to turn their Porsche specialist visit into a mini holiday. With such local attractions why not visit our local attractions pages for recommended things you can do while your car is receiving care and attention at JMG Porsche.

By air.

Some customers visit us from all over the globe, arriving often at either Bournemouth International Airport or Southampton Airport.

Customers with private planes or helicopters also arrive at Bournemouth airport or Old Sarum airfield, where to landing fees are very reasonable, with the exact details only a phone call away from those airfields.

Bournemouth international airport is only 15 to 20 mins away by taxi/car.

By Sea.

We serve many customers from not only the UK but also the Channel Islands, France and the rest of Europe, where some use the local Port of Poole for their crossing to the UK, which is only 30 minutes away from our workshop be road.

We also have customers from the Isle of Wight, who arrive by sea crossing from the nearby port of Lymington.

Southampton and Portsmouth are also not far from us.

Getting to JMG Porsche by road.

Getting to JMG Porsche by road can not be easier due to our garage location on on the main road through Ferndown Industrial Estate. As easy as navigating towards Ferndown, following the signs for the industrial estate, where we are at the north end of the main road (Cobham Road).

Stay on this road until you come to a roundabout signposted for Ferndown Industrial estate and Police headquarters, take the exit for the industrial estate. 100m after the next roundabout (straight over) you will find our very obvious signs on the building.

From the New Forrest - Follow signposts for Ringwood, once at Ringwood, join the A31 signposted for Bournemouth, Poole and Ferndown. Stay on this road until you come to a roundabout signposted for Ferndown Industrial estate and Police headquarters, take the exit for the industrial estate. 100m after the next roundabout (straight over) you will find our very obvious signs on the building.
